Frequently Asked Questions
Accessing Orders
How do I see my past orders?Log in → My Account → Orders. You’ll see status, totals, and a View button for each order.
Tracking a Shipment
Where can I find tracking?Go to My Account → Orders → View on the order. If shipped, your tracking link appears there and in the dispatch email.
Downloading Digital Items
Where are my downloads?My Account → Downloads shows every file you own, with download buttons and expiry (if any).
Editing Account Details
How do I change my name, email, or password?My Account → Account Details. Update the fields and Save changes.
Updating Addresses
How do I edit my billing or shipping address?My Account → Addresses. Click Edit under Billing/Shipping, update, then Save.
Payment Methods
Can I save or remove a card?My Account → Payment methods. Use Add payment method or Delete beside a saved card.
Guest Checkout vs. Creating an Account
Do I need an account to buy?You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, manage addresses, and download purchases.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
I forgot my password — what now?On the login page, click Lost your password? Enter your email to receive a reset link.
Changing Order Details After Purchase
Can I change the address or items after ordering?Contact support ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it; shipped orders can’t be changed.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return?Go to My Account → Orders → View and use the return/help option, or contact support with your order number.
Discount Codes
I am a so called subtitle.On the cart or checkout page. Enter the code and click Apply before paying.
Failed or Declined Payment
My payment failed — what should I do?Try a different card or method, check funds and 3-D Secure prompts, then retry from My Account → Orders → Pay (if pending).
Changing Email Preferences
How do I stop marketing emails but keep order emails?Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. You’ll still receive transactional emails (order, shipping, password reset).
Closing My Account
How do I delete my account?Contact support from the support section on the account dashboard. We’ll confirm and process deletion per our data policy.
